Christmas

Well, it has not been a good week as I had to buy a replacement for my ranger pickup as it decided it did not want to work anymore. The company Pharmacy insurance decided that they would not honor my wife's refill for Nexium as Prilosec OTC works as well. Translation they don't have to pay for over the counter drugs. What a bunch of bean counter jerks. Anyway my son is home from Iraq and I will be going to pick him up in Oklahoma to spend Xmas with me. Merry Christmas to everyone and may paychecks rise and prices fall; has as much chance as Peace on Earth right LOL

The Big 50

Well tomorrow is my B-day and I am getting the best present as my youngest son is arriving home from Iraq. I will be glad he is home. I do wish he knew what he wanted to do with his life. Suppose to snow at Ft Sill Oklahoma tomorrow but the chances seem to be dropping. More on the arrival when I get back.

Health update

Received good news from the Heart Doc. I am ok and there is no real problem with the old ticker. I meet with a nutricionist on Sat as I need to eat a little healther and i want to loose a little weight. I want to take about 50 LBS of but that is pretty ambitious. I think I will start with taking off about 25 and see how fast that happens. Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers I will do the same for all of you.
