Update

Well, no real progress on the court thing. On a positive note I have finally gotten word that I will be leaving Nevada to be transferred to Ft Worth Texas. Yeah I know didn't we just move away from there. Well it comes down to the fact that job opportunities are slim here in the oasis of Nevada and the DFW Area has an abundance of work should this job go south or they try to cut my pay again. It will also make my better half happy as she would like to be closer to our friends and the kids. The big plus is there is housing in my price range there and lots of it. More to come later.
