Yes it is wine not whine. The move to a crop that uses less water, ( 8 acres of wine can be watered with what it takes for one acre of alfalfa) With our world famous Heart of Gold cantalopes and Alfalfa being the main crops here and water being a premium a crop that uses less water is preferable. It will be interesting to get a taste when they finally get into resale & production of the wine.
