Case Dismissed

Well the case was dismissed. The Judge appoligized for the unnecessary trouble that this put my wife through. Our lawyer was upset as there was not due diligence praticed by the police officer and he over reacted. The evidence came back supporting our statements. Well, on to Texas and the adventures that await in Fort Worth.
